Finnveden Metal Structures’ production processes are pressing, die casting and joining. Once the material has been formed the products are prepared, followed by finishing, joining and surface treatment if required.
Our production structure is designed to ensure world-class production efficiency and delivery precision. We have virtually limitless capability to adapt our manufacturing, in everything from volumes to product complexity. In fact this is crucial, as we make so many different components for so many different clients, which are delivered to so many different places. Breadth and flexibility on this scale place high demands on the way we work. To ensure efficiency and quality in every assignment, we work according to well-established, functioning processes and procedures.
Production takes place at six production units. In Sweden we have plants in Forsheda, Hultsfred, Mora and Olofström, and we also have two factories in Bielsko-Biala, Poland. In addition we have assembly units, which we call JIT centres, close to our customers in Sweden, the UK and Belgium.
