The duties of the external auditors include reviewing the Company's annual lreport and finacial statement as well as the management of the Board of Directors and the CEO.After every financial year, the auditor must submit an auditor's report and a consolidated audit report to the AGM.
According to the Articles or Association of the Company, the company shall have not less than one and not more than two auditors with not more than two deputy auditors. As auditor and, when applicable, deputy auditor, shall an authorized public accountant or a registered public accounting firm be elected.
