Hallstahammar is where fasteners are produced, primarily of the heavy-duty and special types, as well as self-tapping or ‘Taptite’ screws. The main processes are cold forging, threading, heat treatment and surface treatment.
Hallstahammar is also the base of personnel who work in general corporate functions at Bulten, such as Finance, IT, Logistics and Stock Management. Our Application Development Centre, ADC, for fasteners is also located in Hallstahammar.
